READ MORE >>Dominic is Supply Nation accredited, has a certificate in conservation and land management, and has developed a wealth of knowledge about growing native products. His innovative Aquaponics system uses less water, land and labour than traditional agriculture. In fact, it works so well that he doesn’t need to use chemical fertilizers, pesticides or insecticides. It's a system he calls "nature in a box". With this proud heritage, Dominic wants to create more opportunities for indigenous people to become involved in the native food sector, through employment and potentially owning their own farms. Dominic’s goal is to continue to expand his range of Australian native edible plants and believes his partnership with Andrew will help greatly accelerate demand for raw native ingredients, which will in turn facilitate faster opportunities to connect Indigenous culture and land together. This will foster genuine and sustainable participation in the commercial native food sector, enabling communities to improve their social, cultural and economic outcomes. Furthermore, it provides an assured route to market for his produce, and a means to participate in the success of the value-added products. Andrew Fielke established Creative Native Food Service Solutions in 2001 after a stellar career in the restaurant industry and follows on from his pioneering work in the evolution of Native Australian Cuisine. Now the author of an extensive native food cookbook - ‘Australia’s Creative Native Foods’, Andrew has been sourcing and cooking with these unique ingredients for more than 35 years and has supplied quality ingredients and value- added products to the restaurant and food service industry, manufacturing, and retail sectors for the last 20 years. The Creative Native Food Service Solutions (CNFS) mission is to supply only the best quality native food produce and value-added products to both the trade and the public available online through his website and direct from his warehouse and retail shop. Offering Australia’s most comprehensive range of quality raw and processed native products in Australia, some of CNFS clients include Qantas, Great Southern Rail’s “The Ghan/Indian Pacific Trains”, Voyages Hotel Group and an extensive list of Australia’s top restaurants. Increasingly manufacturers are commencing R & D in the retail sphere with native foods.

At 14k Brewery we currently make low sugar soft drinks using local, seasonal fruits and infused with Australian native plants, Ginger Beer and Beer, all on a small scale. We established in 2016, making the soft drinks as a marketing strategy before we got our liquor licence.
